The Company was founded in 1992. The years of successful trading are down to the determination of the Midson family.
The Company is currently headed by the two Directors, Mark and Craig Midson, who have amassed several years experience in both operations and management of
numerous traffic management schemes.
The design, estimating and operational planning is headed by Jamie Naylor as the Company’s Contracts Manager. Jamie has numerous years experience in his field
and is qualified to the highest level. Mark Bentley works alongside Jamie as part of the estimating team having worked for the company since university and
working his way through the ranks.
The Supervisory day to day site management for operational activities is undertaken by Simon Chadwick who has in excess of 10 years traffic management experience.
The running of the warehouse and control of outgoing equipment is the responsibility of Nigel Stoker as the Company’s Warehouse Manager and the overall Office and
Accounts Management is undertaken by Collette Smith.
Additional support is provided by John Brocklesby and Janet McFarland in the co-ordination of matters relating to Quality Assurance, Training and Occupational
Health & Safety. Together the team provides an experienced, competent overall management of the Company.

To compliment the primary business, the company has invested in its own new training centre in Doncaster. The centre is built around the commitment to
the quality systems to enable a wide range of training services to be delivered to both its own personnel and external parties in operational and
managerial activities. Our commitment strives to ensure that not only are the minimum requirements met as a duty of care towards its employees, but
are totally exceeded. D T M Ltd directly employs Trainers, Assessors and Verifiers in order to meet the requirements of National Bodies City &
Guilds and Lantra Awards who approve nationally recognised qualifications as follows:

CITY & GUILDS accredits the Training Centre to deliver and assess for the New Roads and Street Works Act scheme for Unit 2 (signing, lighting and
guarding) and Unit 10 (monitoring signing, lighting and guarding). Prior to the assessment process this Company delivers a training programme in the
relevant work activities.
LANTRA AWARDS accredits the Training Centre to deliver the training and assessments to the requirements of Sector Schemes 12A/12B/12D/Impact Protection
Vehicle techniques for the full range of traffic management activities within all highway situations.
THE CENTRE is managed by John Brocklesby as a qualified Trainer, Assessor and Internal Verifier. Additionally the Company employs 3 people who are
accredited Verifiers and Assessors.
