MyMobileWorkers is a digital platform that we use to manage our entire operations. In what was previously a manual process that relied heavily on paperwork, this technology has allowed us to send job packs to our operatives directly and receive real-time job updates.

We can now offer our clients their own login to our management system, so they are able to view the status of their jobs, as well as traffic management plans, photos, risk assessments and method statements all in one place, backed up with time and GPS location information.
Increased efficiency
We have increased our efficiency as a business significantly, which has allowed us to produce job packs and plan resource at a much faster and more efficient rate as previously. This means that operatives can be dispatched quicker, helping with high priority jobs. Our operatives now fill out job information via a handheld device, which automatically updates the office as they go, resulting in real-time alerts and updates to our clients.

Every job completed in our digital system has a specific set of safety checks and instructions that our operatives are required to follow. This ensures that every single job we undertake is completed to the highest standard. All of our jobs require operatives to submit risk assessments, method statements and photographs of the completed work, which is then reviewed by the office.
